WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
First Tank has a first 30-day risk free return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your order within 30 days of purchase for your money back. Please note, the purchased item must be returned and received by us before we can refund your purchase.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
For in-stock items, First Tank ships orders within 2-3 business days of order placement. For made-to-order items, a lead time of 2-4 weeks can be expected. We currently offer USPS Ground and USPS Priority shipping services . Depending on your location, it may take anywhere between 2-7 transit days for an order to be delivered, the average time being 3-7 transit days for most locations outside of Florida. If after 10 days you have not received your order, please reach out to our customer service personnel via email so we can look up the tracking information and provide assistance.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
First Tank DOES NOT ship internationally at this time. We ship strictly within the continental USA, as well as to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses serviced by the carrier.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
First Tank accepts all major credit and debit cards for online purchases. PayPal may be used for specific cases in which an invoice must be manually created by our dedicated service team. Cash App is accepted for in-person purchases and is not an option when checking out through our website or other web platforms.
HOW DO YOU SAVE MY DATA?
Certain user/buyer data is collected during the checkout process on our website, as well as during any voluntary sign-up process to our website. We collect such data as: shipping address, billing address, email address, phone number, card information, and customer name. We do not collect data such as SSN or bank account numbers. We do not sell data to 3rd parties!
